Full Service or Product Depth?

Is it better to be full service by industry or product-specific across industries?

  2. I have found that when I hand out a business card protective sleeve that people are appreciative. The sleeve lets them protect their credit cards magnetic strip from scratches and even the newer contactless credit cards from being read at the 13.56MHz range.

    So I guess this is a good "product specific" application across industries.
